Abstract:
This edition aligns with ANSI/EIA 748 standard for Earned Value Management Systems and the 2017 edition of the Project Management Institute's PMBOK (R) Guide. The textbook is updated with new PMBOK (R) Guide material on human resource management and the agile methodology. These two accepted industry models are used to teach best practices.
